Synopsis: Having used the Cosmic Treadmill to track the energy from the Button, Batman and the Flash arrive in the Flashpoint universe where Bruce meets his father Thomas, the Batman of that universe. Their meeting is interrupted by a combined attack of Amazons and Atlanteans. While Bruce and Thomas fight off the attack, Barry rebuilds the Cosmic Treadmill so they can escape the Flashpoint universe, but Thomas decides to stay behind and sacrifices himself to allow Bruce and Barry to escape into the timestream. There they encounter Professor Zoom before his death, still in possession of the Button.
