Synopsis: Clutch and Rock 'N Roll run across the recently rebuilt Broca Beach, the new underground Cobra headquarters in the US. It isn't until Rock N Roll sees the Cobra ring on a cop that mistakes them for drifters, that he puts two and two together and tells Clutch to hotfoot it out quick in their car. Unfortunately, the Dreadnoks identify them and try to stop them, but they call for help, albeit via a garbled transmission, and it arrives in the form of the new Mean Dog vehicle, but the two Joes are captured by Road Pig as a bit ways off, Wildcard, Hardball, and Repeater capture Zanzibar.
